Hotel Policies

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIME 

Check-in is at 3:00 pm and check-out is before 11:00 am. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.  

GUARANTEE POLICY 

All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card. A security deposit of up to $200 will be held on the guest’s credit card upon arrival. 

CANCELLATION / MODIFICATION POLICY 

Cancellations and modifications depend on the hotel rate selected. Please check our rate policy for more information.  

PARKING 

Parking is complimentary on a first-come, first-served basis. 

EARLY DEPARTURE POLICY 

The front desk must be notified of early departure at least 24 hours prior to check out to avoid a charge of one night room and tax

PET POLICY 

Pacific Crest welcomes the stay of service animals only.

CONCIERGE HOURS 

Our lobby is open from 8am to 9pm daily. Please call if you will be arriving after 11pm. 

OCCUPANCY AND LOCAL TAX 

Transient Occupancy Tax of 12% is charged on the room rate only. 

GUEST IDENTIFICATION REQUIRED 

Guests will be required to present a valid credit card and government issued identification at check-in that matches the guest name on the reservation. If you are using a company or other party’s credit card, an authorization form is required and must be on file at time of check-in. 

ACCESSIBILITY 

We offer ADA-compliant rooms. If needed, please ensure it is requested at the time reservation is made. 

SMOKE-FREE 

We are a 100% smoke-free property. Smoking is not allowed in any guest room, deck, stairway, or balcony. If smoking occurs, there will be a $300 cleaning fee per night charged to your credit card. 

HOUSEKEEPING 

Our housekeeping staff will enter daily for stay-over guests (more than one night) to freshen bathrooms, empty trash cans, and make the bed. If the “Do Not Disturb” sign is on the door, the housekeeping staff will not enter the room. If any additional amenities are needed, please contact the front desk.
