Check-in is at 3:00 pm and check-out is before 11:00 am. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card. A security deposit of up to $100 will be held on the guest’s credit card upon arrival.

Parking is complimentary on a first-come, first-served basis.

We offer a complimentary breakfast daily from 6:30am – 9:30am.
Pet fee is $25 per stay. A maximum of 2 well-behaved pets are allowed per room with a total limit of 40lbs. Only dogs are allowed. No other pets are permitted and they can’t be left alone in the room or common areas.
Our front desk is open from 7am to 9pm daily. Please call if you will be arriving after 9pm.
Transient Occupancy Tax of 14.20% is charged on the room rate only.
Guests will be required to present a valid credit card and government issued identification at check-in that matches the guest name on the reservation. If you are using a company or other party’s credit card, an authorization form is required and must be on file at time of check-in.
We offer ADA-compliant rooms. If needed, please ensure it is requested at the time reservation is made.
We are a 100% smoke-free property. Smoking is not allowed in any guest room, deck, stairway, or balcony. If smoking occurs, there will be a $250 cleaning fee per night charged to your credit card.
Our housekeeping staff will enter daily for stay-over guests (more than one night) to freshen bathrooms, empty trash cans, and make the bed. If any additional amenities are needed, please contact the front desk.
A late checkout fee of $25 will apply for any departures after the standard checkout time.
